Because I Said So

Institutions have come up with justifications for the mistreatment of minorities since the beginning of time. Basing these claims on the blood of the lamb and purity of his flock has worked for centuries. Since Christianity teaches only his blood can wash away sin, it’s hard to imagine pastors & priests allow room for such lies to take root, fester & grow within today’s church family. When I think about the righteous, table-flipping version it makes me think- what would Jesus do? Seriously!?
