She taught them how to be better property managers, how to make their properties safer for the residents, and the Crime Free Multi-Housing program helped fast track evictions on serious bad actors in the division.She taught this program around the US, sharing the knowledge she had learned in training and her hands on experience. Her career wasn't without some trials along the way, but she navigated them with grace.She also contributed to the department's Honor Guard for many years.
