Today’s guest is … The successful actress and conscious entrepreneur, Claire Cooper. Claire has featured on our screens as regular character Jacqui McQueen in Hollyoaks (where she met her husband Emmett Scanlan), Knightfall and the TV series 12 Monkeys along with many other credits. She is the founder of the ethical clothing and lifestyle brand Om & Ah London and her new recent addition to her business ventures - the Doughnut Whisperer! She is an activist, highly passionate about animal welfare. And she is the mama to a beautiful little boy called Ocean.  Today we discuss being a new mum and her parenting journey and how it was such a gift after experiencing a miscarriage during her first pregnancy, having her baby during lockdown, conscious parenting, her passion for the planet and her views around child development, how she balances her career and home life, her self-care rituals and so much more!
