Dr. Jay is also the President and CEO of PhippsCare that focuses on Pharmacy Doctor provided healthcare and Health Insurance Solutions who specializes in medical and pharmacy plans for seniors. Dr. Jay currently serves on multiple Boards of Directors and committees on the national, state, and local levels.
