Originally started in church planting where he spent four years developing teams and leading worship for a brand new start up. During those years of church planting Dillan was a part of taking a brand new idea to multiple campuses across Knoxville, TN. He transitioned to a church called Faith Promise as the Next Generation Worship Pastor. Then an opportunity of a lifetime crossed Dillan’s path which was to go serve as the Weekend Producer over seeing Creative, Worship, and Production at Central Church in Las Vegas. God would ultimately bring Dillan back to Knoxville to continue to serve at Faith Promise again in Knoxville as the Executive Producer.
