Becoming Happy II: Igniting Kundalini

from Becoming Happy · host Stuart Perrin

Stuart Perrin continues the series on "Becoming Happy II" with the 6th installment— "Igniting Kundalini". Stuart reminds us that the fire that transforms tension is at the base of the spine. And in order to ignite it you have to feed it. I use to have 4 fireplaces up in Woodstock and you had to feed them wood or they burn out. You have to keep feeding the fire. The best fuel to feed the fire is just our tension. Recorded live during a NYC meditation retreat, January, 2011. Mr. Perrin is a Kundalini yoga teacher of 38 years out of New York City, practicing in the lineage of Rudi (Swami Rudrananda).
