In her coaching practice, she works with women business owners to create impact, freedom, and balance. Rachael coaches women in all stages of business, with a large component of her practice consisting of women who want to scale 6-Figure & 7-Figure businesses. Prior to starting her practice, she spent over a decade working directly for Dr. John C. Maxwell.  In her role as a  global leadership consultant, she had practice-wide responsibility for Fortune 500 clientele where she specialized in creating sustainable growth for their leaders.  While in this role, she scaled a 6-figure networking marketing business which she leads today.  ⁣Rachael attended the University of Georgia where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship.
