Becoming Unrecruitable

In this week's episode, Laura speaks about the two sides of becoming "unrecruitable". As an agent doing the work, participating in-company training, partaking in events/outreach efforts, and being there for your fellow agents. On the broker side, Laura goes into great detail about all of the extra steps she takes to provide resources and a company culture that makes her agents feel like family which ultimately leads to her agents being "unrecruitable".
