Bedtime Bible Boys 1 Kings Ch 1 (1.21.21) Just Judgement

We wrap up Chapter 1 in 1 Kings tonight by seeing Solomon purge the Kingdom of much political corruption. Unfortunately this overshadows the death of one of the Bible's most notorious characters in King David. The boys discuss serving power and position in leadership, when we are supposed to be serving God and others. We acknowledge that God's judgement is always justice, and even when we don't understand we know that He is always working to prepare things for David's everlasting place on the throne through Christ Jesus.
