Bedtime Bible Boys 2 Kings Ch 21 (6.10.21) Leadership and Self Awareness

We've spoken about this before, leadership carries a weight that a leader has an acute ability to encourage or destroy. A person, a family, a team, or a country. In this episode we see the Kings following Hezekiah, Manneseh and Amon, go in a completely different direction than their father and incite evil in Judah. We discuss the importance of also being self aware as a leader - you can influence but after having influenced, each individual is able to act out of their own heart and the decision is ultimately their decision and not the leaders. Don't carry weight, don't carry fear, give it to the Lord.
