Bedtime Bible Boys 2 Kings Ch 25 (6.18.21) Exile

In tonight's reading we wrap up the books of the kings with Judah's exile into Babylon. Kings is a challenging book that tells the stories of our lives in the flesh, continuously battling to choose the spirit led life. We have something the Israelite's did not: the Spirit of God in us at all times because of our forgiveness in Christ, and His resurrection. We still need filled with the Spirit, so we have to strive towards victory in the battles by eliminating idols, making only Godly alliances, and committing our whole hearts to Him.
