BEER FOR THOUGHT: Analysis Paralysis

In this episode talk about the idea of analysis paralysis when it comes to beer, decision-making, and sales. Sometimes it’s not a bad idea to take a step back in order to move your business forward. Also, this is going to be a little bit different than my other recordings. This episode in the next couple are geared more toward those that actually work in the industry whether that be in a liquor store or a bar/restaurant.
