The first stop on our sweep through the Sunshine Coast with Sunshine Coast Craft Brewery Tours is to Eumundi Brewery to talk with head brewer, Chris Sheehan. We have talked a bit about Eumundi recently and what ‘local’ means when you’re part of a much larger business and can scale production to breweries across the country. And also why multinational breweries are thinking small.  We chat with Chris about that, but we also learn about the background to the resurrected Eumundi Brewery, what it means for the local community and what he and his assistant brewer Allan Tilden are creating in the Sunshine Coast hinterland with local ingredients.
