As we move into 2026, remember this—goals measure outcomes. Standards determine outcomes. If you raise your standards, your performance has to follow. If you leave them vague, your results will be unpredictable. So before this year starts asking more of you, decide who you are going to be in your business. Not what you hope to achieve. How you intend to operate. Because when standards are clear, success stops feeling accidental. It becomes inevitable.
