Before You Start - Collecting Your Baseline, and How To Actually Weigh Yourself - EPISODE 2

from 'If You Want To Lose Weight... · host Kali P. - Weight Management Consultant

In this episode, I explain why 97 Days is so important, that I named the podcast after it. The goal is to establish a baseline, and give you a consistent method to weigh yourself and collect accurate data.  It does you ZERO, Let me say it again...   It does you ZERO good to measure yourself throughout the day, at different times, after you’ve had different meals and drinks.  But your Baseline is Imperative.  To collect your baseline, you’ll need 3 things.  If you have them, great!   You saved some money.  If not, collect them before you start your 7-day baseline collection. To start building your baseline, you’ll need: 1)     Get your hands on a Measuring Tape 2)     A phone application to track your weight. 3)     An Accurate, digital Scale with decimal points   If you don’t have these items, head to your local discount store and get them, or order them from that online store that we all order stuff from. Thanks for committing yourself to lose weight, and thank you for listening to the, 97 Days To Lose Weight Podcast. If you like where we’re going, go ahead and write a review wherever you listen to your podcasts.  Spotify, Google, or Apple.  I’d love to hear what you think so far.
