Beggars on our streets are becoming a menace - OPD

Have you noticed the young children on our streets who often approach you and sometimes even try to hug your cars? I’ve learned that they are picked up in the evening after work, and the money they’ve collected is taken from them and prepared for the next day’s work. This is a serious issue, and the government must take immediate action to address it.
