Beheshta Kiyam - Registered Dietitian (August 10, 2019)

Beheshta is a registered dietitian based in New Jersey and New York City. Born and raised as a Jersey girl, she went on to graduate from Montclair State University and obtained her Bachelor's in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in dietetics. She took a leap of faith and moved to Manhattan, NYC to complete her dietetic internship through NewYork-Presbyterian's clinical nutrition program working with patients from pediatrics to the geriatric population. Soon after completing her internship and becoming an RD, she began counseling her own clients and spreading her knowledge in order to help them in their wellness journey. In addition to counseling, she works in the corporate wellness industry full-time to initiate and coordinate wellness and benefits programs for over 40,000 employees across ten work-sites on how to live a healthier lifestyle.
