On Episode 123 of the BTB Pod, Marcos and the Jet start off with some NFL Free Agency news! They start in the Bay where the 49ers added Star WR Mike Evans to the mix on a 3 yr deal. The Jet gives his takes on what this move means and whether or not Mike is a good fit for the current version of the 49ers. The boys then talk about the 49ers trade with the Cowboys where the 49ers sent a 3rd round pick for DT Osa Odighizuwa! Ben talks about why this move matters and whether or not this addition bolsters their defensive line. After that Ben gives a quick update on the current state of the Trent Williams and Brandon Aiyuk. The boys then pivot to the Philadelphia Eagles where Marcos gives his takes on some of the players that left in Free Agency. Then he gives props to Jordan Davis and discusses what this historic extension means for Davis and the Eagles moving forward. They then talk about the addition of CB Riq Woolen who is joining the team on a one year deal following a Super Bowl run with the Seahawks. They finish the football talk with some news about Dallas Goedert's potential return and the AJ Brown situation. They finish off the pod discussing the Sacramento Kings, who are coming off of a 20 point comeback victory against the Pacers in the battle for the worst record in the league. They address Devin Carter's big game and Marcos talks about his guy and why the Kings need to find more time for him.
