After months of anticipation, what took place on a November night at Watershed Distillery along with Whiskey Business finally became a reality as Dino, Greg and John saw their Private Selection Pick of Watershed Bourbon get released into the whiskey wild.  The 4 year old single barrel, barrel strength bourbon clocked in at around 119 proof with a warm, fruity nose, spicy palette, and smooth warm finish that hugs for good long bit after making its way in.  In this video Dino talks with Watershed's Aaron and Greg on how this bottle came to be, and how YOU can get one for yourself as the quantity is limited.
