In our inagural episode of our Behind the Mask segment we talk to 25 year fire service member Roman Lopez. Firefighter Lopez has acted in many capacities within his department including an intricate role in his departments Critical Incident Stress Management peer support team. Lopez sits down and discusses some of the personal battles he has faced with post traumatic stress as well as how he has helped others overcome and cope with the issues they have.
