Behind The Scenes: A Typical Work Day For A Coach

Kelsey shares her secret to juggling a business and family — all while trying to enjoy every chaotic second of it. She explains how she has built a schedule around this season of her life and lays out her day by day agenda.  What we're talking about… Kelsey often talks about the chaos of life with little ones and a business, but this week she explains how she manages to do this through a crafted scheduled  Each day of the week fluctuates in work loads to mom duties to everything else in between  She explains how she works bests when batching work and once she's in the zone (which inevitably plays a role in her weekly structure)  Monday Kelsey dedicates to work and the most brain-power, creative to-do's she needs to get done Tuesday is what she calls a 50/50 day, between getting work done, visiting with family and taking care of the kids Wednesday is the coaching day where she sits on calls and gets inspired from the hump day of the week Thursday is a catch-up/administrative kind of day since it's early out day at Kenna's school Friday is an off-day and a time to relax and enjoy the kids The weekends (at least in this season of life right now) is dedicated to spending time with her family Even when working she crafts her days in a 9am-2pm structure to then enjoy kiddo time when school and childcare are over  Throughout the week, she also explains how intentional she must be to create me-time and spend meaningful time with her husband  A {free} Tool or Two!  Did someone say free?
