She is currently the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Hilton Grand Vacations and has also worked with SeaWorld Adventure Parks. She has had the opportunity to hire around the globe with the different programs she has overseen in her career. She has also had the responsibility to open multiple hotels, resorts, and lines of business within the companies she has worked for. Aimee also serves on the Greater Orlando Society of Human Resources Board of Directors. She has been an active board member since 2005 and has held a variety of positions to include Secretary, Director of Programs, and President. She was recently the Volunteer Co-Chair for the SHRM National Conference in Orlando in 2014.
