Behind the Yoke: Eray Canli, the Engineering Manager at Volocopter GmbH

This week we are speaking to Eray Canli, the Engineering Manager at Volocopter GmbH. Originally Eray studied physics at university, after finishing his degree, Eray moved onto working on a master’s with a focus on the Aerospace sector. This hard work led him to his first career at Andar, working on the electrification of aircraft systems in the Defence and Aerospace industry. This aerospace experience lead Eray to Volocopter, he was in the core team that developed some of their first aircrafts. As Eray contributed to the flight of two different blocks of aircrafts at Volocopter, all of which were compliant to EASA standards.As well as his career, we also talk about some of Erays tech driven side projects, such as working with the blockchain, using 3D Printers, and the fun of breaking down and rebuilding electronics.The Techne Connect Podcast 🎧Thank you for listening to Techne Connect!
