Being A Cops In America

Being a Cops it’s a very stressful job. On mental level and physical level. However when cops are dealing with coloure people. Their treat us different from the Caucasian. I understand they’re some good cops out there. But the good need to speak out more about police brutality and discrimination in their departments. Black people need to police our neighborhoods. It minimizes the crimes in our community’s. When u bring a Cops from different communities. Who hardly interacted with a person of coloure that’s a recipe for disaster. Especially if they’re racist towards people of coloure .
