Wish we could say the same for the groom, who has no indication of any sickness. Here are 5 reason we hate the Turkey trot!!Turkey Trot, also known as the country mile or turkey run, is a running event that takes place in Thanksgiving week. It's typically a two-mile race across open fields, and it can be quite tough on the body. Here are five reasons why Turkey Trot sucks:1) The terrain is usually hilly and uneven.2) The heat indices are often high during this time of year.3) There's nothing to eat during the race except for energy bars or bananas.4) Running one mile can take up to an hour and a half (especially if you're racing).5) And worst of all... there's no redemption for poor performance!
