This International Women’s Day, as the world rallies behind the call to “Accelerate Action,” I find myself pausing to ask: Accelerate… from where? To what? And with whom? I turn the mirror on myself — reflecting on the life that shaped me, the lessons that carried me through, and what I owe the two people watching me most closely: my daughter and my son. What has the world taught me about being a woman — not just in media, but in life? Nature balances itself effortlessly. Women make up nearly half the world, yet we hold just 30% of senior leadership roles. Why is that? What are we missing?  And is this conversation only about women — or is there something bigger we need to see? Join me, as we go beyond the slogans and ask the questions that really matter.
