The plaintiff and the defendant used to be close friends, but the plaintiff says that all stopped. The plaintiff says the defendant has a water run-off on her property, and the plaintiff’s house is now damaged because of the defendant’s negligence. The plaintiff is suing her former friend for the water damages.
