Being Authentic to Yourself with Chris Wilson

from Dare to be Authentic Podcast · host Mari Mitchell

Join me with guest Chris Wilson talking about being authentic to yourself, comfortable in uncomfortable situations, and making mistakes. Chris was born to two working class parents who believed in hard work and the value of a dollar. His father went on to become one of the first African American supervisors at AT&T while his mother marched alongside social justice movements for better wages, healthcare, and working conditions. Chris' passion is to inspire young leaders to be their best. He is currently a district director to the California state legislature, a proud Rotarian, a county appointee, a city planning commissioner, a neighborhood president, and a community activist. But most of all, Chris is an African American and Latino man who lives in a small town focused on inspiring people, one story at a time. Chris' website: https://wilsonforthefuture.com/
