Melissa Allen is a Mother to 8 children earthside and 7 babies in God's garden, homesteader, homeschooler, a background as a seasoned registered nurse for 9 years, an aromatherapist, trauma informed traditional birth companion, and a birth and bereavement doula. She has navigated grief, birth trauma, and familial challenges. She has journeyed from hospital birthing to an intentional unassisted home birth to reclaim her birth rite. She is on a mission to help fearless moms who want to transform themselves through a liberating birth journey. Melissa freebirthed her 8th child 9 months ago. Melissa is also a companion who serves women.  Her story: Melissa was an RN for 9 years and left 12 years ago. But had 7 babies in the system. She had a total of 7 miscarriages but 6 were in a 20 months span.  Melissa got pregnant with her last baby and had a wild pregnancy and freebirth with her family. He was a meconium baby, nuchal hand, and still don't know why but his cord came out already white! She was thinking his hand was pinching the cord during birth descent! Turns out meconium, nuchal hand and white cord can all be a form of natural, normal birth !
