Fed up with the lack of resources for women struggling to normalize menopause in their everyday lives, Tisha has chosen to pivot from her 22 year long career as a professional pharmaceutical rep to life coaching and business consulting. Armed with a degree in Health Education and many years as a personal trainer and coach she brings a unique approach to managing menopause through mindset management and a designed community connections of strong, driven women that help to guide and support each other through this complicated season of life. Tisha recognized a significant gap in information regarding the impact of menopause in women’s lives and the lack of support in navigating it. Tisha is a married mother of three and grandmother of one. She loves travel, cooking, fishing and outdoor adventures.
