Being Free

"Being Free ( A Tribute to Nina )" instrumental, made from love & freedom ✨ ✍🏽 Hi ! I rediscovered Nina Simone's song "How It Feels To Be Free" meanwhile creation of a choreographic show in 2015 with great dancer, performer and artist Ca.Dé. It was about great black women and women empowerment. "Mi-chaud Mi-Froid" was a huge piece of art created in Guadeloupe and toured locally, in Haiti and England. However last year 2025 in a totally different perspective i made this jazzy KakO instrumental. What happened, i realized after some kinda midlife crisis type mediation, that i've maybe been wrong all my life.… i've tried love & happiness different ways but i was now alone and sad. Oh yeahh, sOoo free and peaceful like you can imagine but bored, no love at home. That's how came this sweet sad composition and question: LOVE is probably incompatible with FREEDOM ? (…why do we succumb to it anyway?) xX ✨✨
