Being in a relationship with yourself is latest series on heart talk with Eseosa, and this series is all about learning to love yourself and others properly. There is a saying that you can not give what you do not have, and often times we do not love ourselves enough and we want someone else to love us. We think we are so in love that someone that we lose ourselves in the process..
