Being in charge of your thought

from Hello! It's me Speaking · host Aatmn Parmar

If you have tried controlling your thought in the past, you will know, how challenging it is.  Instead, you think of taking charge of your thoughts. Most of us think without being aware of what you are thinking. Thoughts keep coming in waves. They are like ocean waves. They cannot be stopped. They can not be controlled. You can only be in charge of them. It is best that you stop thinking of controlling them instead, think of channelizing them or start being in charge of them. So that we make the best out of them. How do we do that? First of all, start being the observer of your thoughts.  Recognize each thought. Take cognizance of each thought.  Revive them, recognize him, realign them, reorient them, reposition them, In short, whenever you have a thought which is not working for you, or you have several thoughts that are cluttering your mind on an ongoing basis, you simply start addressing each one of them instead of shunning them away or rejecting them.  Slowly addressing your thoughts with R5 will become your second nature. You would have learned about R5 in Redikall Crystalline Mind book, workshops or webinars. If you have not yet learned, it is time to study this powerful technique of Mind management which eventually helps you bridge your subconscious mind with the superconscious mind.
