Being Intentional And Stepping Outside of Your Comfort Zone | Self-Directing Your Growth & Evolution

from Support, Protect, Empower - The Project Purpose Podcast · host Rachelle Innocent

Being Intentional And Stepping Outside of Your Comfort Zone | Self-Directing Your Growth & Evolution How predictable is your routine? As in, when was the last time you thought to switch things up? Not because you needed to per se, but because you were up for some change. You were looking to grow. Oftentimes, our sense of discontentment with the people, places, things and situations in our life is masking our desire for growth. We want to feel different, and we want to do differently. But rather than address the fact that we are ourselves firmly rooted in our comfort zones, we project this discontentment onto the people around us 🙂‍↕️ It's not them, it's you. You want to grow, and maybe haven't found the words to properly capture that need 👀 👀 You don't need to wait for something to happen, just make a point to step outside of your comfort zone, Often the change you are requesting of others is a signal to the change you desire of yourself. As we look forward to 2025, maybe it's time to do somethings differently. Even if you're taking baby steps 😊 Do you have any questions?
