Being On The Same Team

In order to encourage cooperation with our children we need to ensure that they realize that we are on the same team. We always feel like we are on their team and in their corner but a lot of times we will unintentionally send a message that we are against them or that we see them as the problem and whenever emotions are high this is an easy thing to see. In this episode we talk about how our thoughts can catch us in doing this and how we can think differently so that we are able to parent differently and intentionally show our child that we are on the same team as them.
