Being the Church

The word "church"brings many thoughts to mind, some positive and others not so much. We tend to look at "church" through the prism of our own personal life experience. Those experiences tend to skew our vision of what church really is. For instance, gathering for worship in an elementary school gymnasium instead of a building with a steeple, pews and stained glass may create a challenge for some people.
