Being Uncomfortable Means You Are Actually Becoming The Person You Want To Be!

from Transformed Life 2 Min Encouragement · host Daniel C Clark

I love talking about this because it's so true. Did you know that being uncomfortable is one of the most powerful things that you can do? Hello, I'm Dan Clark and welcome. Yes, it is so true. If you practice being uncomfortable more often, guess what that means you're actually growing, being uncomfortable can be all kinds of things like getting up early, going to bed early, reading a book, exercising daily eating right, doing lots of water, making sure that you're getting a lot of sleep, making sure that you're following up on the things that you say that you're going to do writing that letter saying, Thank you tell people that you love them, actually leaving thank you notes and being gracious for everything that's happening around your world. Being uncomfortable means that you actually are going to become the kind of person that you want to be. The very first thing that you intend to do in the day is the thing that you do the entire day. So make sure that you have an intention for every single day. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
