Anyone who has followed Cedric Maxwell’s off-court activities knows that he is a man of civil rights, politics, and the betterment of the country. Today he welcomes someone he admires very much from S. Carolina, Mr. Bakari Sellers. Sellers is a former state representative, esteemed author, and fan-favorite panelist for CNN. Bakari is the son of Cleveland Sellers, a man from Max’s era, and someone he also admires a ton. Bakari and Cornbread focus deeply on the political divides of our current state of affairs as well as how civil rights and politics have again infiltrated sports. Cleveland Sellers is a civil rights legend. His son Bakari, is an esteemed champion of civil/social justice, former South Carolina Representative, author & CNN contributor.
