We talk with our member and former member of the United States Marine Corps, Mark Nelson. Through a special program, Mark and his wife Rhonda were able to visit the Island of Iwo Jima. The small island was the site of one of World War II’s fiercest battles. It is the place where the iconic photo of the US flag being raised by 6 Marines was taken. We’ll talk about the history of all of that as well as they ways the past influences our common future.
