BELIEFS *Virgo* Mental Week -I Analyze - I Am Path day 31st* September 3rd 2025*

Beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves to make sense of the world. They are like invisible programs running in our minds, shaping how we see everything. Some are inherited from family, culture, or religion, while others come from fear or personal experiences. Beliefs are not the truth, but they feel like it because they filter all of reality. They can help us feel safe and give us direction, yet they can also trap us in limits we don’t even notice. Every belief works like a lens, letting us see certain things while hiding others. That is why two people can live the same event but believe totally different things about it. The important step is to recognize that beliefs are not eternal; they can be updated and transformed. By questioning them, we open space for freedom and new possibilities. In this way, we learn to create beliefs that help us grow instead of keeping us small.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias de Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020/21. Today we explore the theme BELIEFS, representing Day 31 in Virgo Constellation, under the vibration of I ANALYZE, during the Mental Week.
