Welcome to episode #63 of Not Me, But You! Do you like "cheery" greetings? Or do we have a tendency to treat cheerful people with suspicion? There is a  difference between being obsessed with perfection versus simply trying to do a little better today when compared to yesterday. 

Thank you all of the people who support this podcast in Ireland! Currently, Not Me, But You! has just as many downloads in Europe as we have in the USA. So what am I saying? I guess I'm saying that there is International appeal! And I'm grateful for that. 

Are you feeling overwhelmed when you think about attempting to reach your goals/ live your dreams? If you feel this way, can I suggest something that may help you? Think about your dreams briefly, then just pick one thing today, and work on it. 

It appears to be "human nature" for us to search for ways to be UN-successful. How do you combat this "self sabotage?" Know that it takes courage to pursue your dreams. Then tackle your dreams in bite-size chunks. Pick just one thing today, and then go do it! 

One attitude that you may be struggling with is that we live in society that is ADDICTED to INSTANT success! But when you are using the power of your internet connection, to find ways to monetize your ideas, you find this: building a business is a marathon rather than a sprint! Keep working consistently. And more importantly believe BEFORE you achieve. It's important that you keep believing that your future success is possible. 

No matter who choose to listen to...it could be Tony Robbins, or Joel Osteen, or Joseph Prince or "fill in the blank with your favorite person who inspires you" ...what do they all have in common ?? Answer: they tell you that IF you want to achieve your goals/spiritual significance that you must FIRST, believe BEFORE you achieve! 

If you want to be wealthy...believe before you achieve. If you want to treat people well...believe before you achieve. If you want to lose weight...believe before you achieve. If you want to make your body stronger...believe before you achieve. If you want to eat healthier...believe before you achieve. If you want to meet the perfect life partner...believe before you achieve. If you want to find a best friend...believe before you achieve.
