BELIEVE IT! [Ep. 32]

On this episode of Gunners & Blues, hosts Andrew and Sean talk the frustrating draw with Leeds for Chelsea and the solidifying NLD win for the Gunners. The hosts share their thoughts on individual performances and mistakes, why Ben "Drinkwater" Chilwell is the most droppable player in the lineup, and why Pulisic continues to struggle under Tuchel. They then turn to North London as Arsenal take care of business at home against Spurs, highlighting the contributions of Emile Smith Rowe and Martin Ødegaard, how Tierney and ESR punished Bale and Doherty, and just how dirty of players Kane and Lamela are. The hosts then shift gears to mid-week European fixtures and talk the Blues' and Gunners' chances in going to the next round of their respective competitions (including a not-so-subtle reference to a certain bandana-wearing, arms-behind-him-while-running ninja). Finally, Sean closes it out answering what match solidified this sport as his sport of choice and asks Andrew an interesting question about a not-so-beloved Chelsea player.
