Just because they did a study on something doesn't mean it's true. They hide, remove, and misinterpret the data all the time. That doesn't mean all studies are wrong, either. The bigger point here is that just because someone with a title says something, you don't have to believe it. So-called experts lie all the time. I take the knowledge and bump it up against how it holds up in a survival situation or if we went back to living in the wild. Would it make sense there? If not, I don't buy it. Call me crazy, but my life changed DRAMATICALLY after I stopped listening to these so-called experts and listened to the people who got results after going through a similar experience.
