Belinda spent more than 15 years working in Australian Federal and State Governments, building new teams and functions, managing through change, improving operational service delivery and more. She has always been in client facing roles and spent years travelling to small and medium sized businesses, uncovering unique insights and lessons on culture and leadership along the way. A mother to two young children, Belinda understands the challenges of juggling senior executive roles and carving out precious family time.
