Affected models include the Axle, Cadence, Rev, Frenzy, and Passage helmets with model numbers B0494Y, B0605C, and B0605Y.About 31,200 of these helmets were sold in the US and 480 units were sold in Canada at Walmart, Target, Academy Sports + Outdoors, and other retailers as well as online at Amazon.com, FredMeyer.com, Academy.com, and Target.com, from September 2024 through May 2025.Stop wearing these recalled helmets.
