Bella’s Little Sanctuary, Come Find Refuge

from Finding Harmony Podcast · host Harmony Slater

To come home to a quiet integration of our mind, body, and spirit. Our guest today is doing just that. Bella Sarna is a Yoga facilitator and deeply devoted student of Ashtanga Yoga. She is also a mother, an Entrepreneur, and works as the Marketing Director and Owner of boutique Interior Design business, where she creates beautiful residential and retail spaces.
