Belonging in the Wisdom of the Mountains Meditation with Sharon Carne

Sharon Carne leads us in a beautiful meditation where we work together with the energies of the mountains. We are reminded that we are not living on eart… we are earth. Our oneness with the mountains is equally symbolic of our oneness with our divinity. Open the ears of your heart… that is where the conversation is. Sharon Carne is an author, speaker, musician, and sound healer, and the founder of Sound Wellness and the Sound Wellness Institute, offering Canada’s highest-level sound therapy training—a holistic modality that uses sound and music to restore harmony to the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.https://soundwellness.comEver wonder what it would feel like to truly sync with the Earth’s own rhythm?
