He's letting his personal life seep into his work life and this man takes everything way too personally. Ben might end up getting what he wanted very soon. Considering she calls herself a spoiled brat, Barbie is the best with guests and being on service, I would've never thought her work ethic would actually make me like her. Maybe it ends up being Cat who gets fired mid season instead of Barbie since she seems to be the one who can't get the hang of the tasks she is delegated to do and they're on their third charter too…not lookin great here. when they’re on their third charter now. These guests were so embarrassing to watch. Who wants to get on tv and reach this level of incoherency? Great tv, but bad look on these supposed "wealthy" people who pay half the price to charter a yacht on Below Deck..
