On this podcast, I catch up over Zoom with Eric Sundeen another fellow Drum Dojo alumniIn this episode like the ones with Scott, Shayne and Ryan, I talk about he found about the Drum Dojo. He tells us how he got into drums and some pretty important performances while in high school that included playing at the World Series. Eric is also an instructor at local high schools in colleges in the area and continues to build his knowledge via master classes where he passes these learning on to his students. Also He shares a few tips to help reduce strains and pains by using correct techniques.An update on his fellowship award he received last year to further his own training and techniques by studying with some of the best percussion educators in the country, so he can pass these new techniques on to his students.We learn about his town, Bemidji, which is located in Minnesota and the their Paul Bunyan tourist attraction.  Also the town is know as the start of the Mississippi river.Eric's in the three piece Blues-Rock band Corey Medina and Brothers.
