Ben Aldridge

ERK chats with the lovely, not-an-arshole, English actor, BEN ALDRIDGE (22:50) known for his roles in FLEABAG, SPOILER ALERT, and most recently KNOCK AT THE CABIN. The two discuss Ben’s experience working with director M. NIGHT SHYAMALAN and PHOEBE WALLER-BRIDGE, what Ben’s singing in the shower these days (question courtesy of JONATHAN GROFF), their shared love of SEX AND THE CITY, working through shame, sitting with grief, and all the reality TV that Ben isn’t watching but should be—THE TRAITORS included. OLIVER SIM calls in with his ever polite British manner of asking: “snog, marry, avoid” (American translation: “fuck, marry, kill”). ERK and Sean kick-off the episode with an assessment of the mainstream use of "mother" and the new norms of tip culture.
